wonderful muffin (oh was it gooood!) with 2 apricots and a glass of water Lunch: Tuna with tzatziki on a whole wheat roll, carrot sticks with tzatziki to dip, 1 kiwi fruit and my calcium soya chocolate drink! Dinner: I made a stir fry with tofu (cauldron marinated pieces - used about 1/4th of the pack!), with leftover spinach rice & green beans. Salad on the side. Water. Grapes to finish! All Day Long: Water - probably had 8 glasses already and imagine I’ll have another 2 before bed tonig
